Use of the urbansocial.com web site (‘the web site’) constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

You must carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions before submitting your registration to the web site. If you do not fully accept these Terms and Conditions, you must not use urbansocial.com.

You have not been convicted of any offence under the Protection from Harassment Act (1997), or under any statutory enactment replacing and/or amending such Act, and/or any offence relating to violence.

You have not been subject to any injunction or any order to pay damages under the Protection from Harassment Act (1997), or under any statutory enactment replacing and/or amending such Act.

You must not use the web site if you live outside the UK or Ireland. Urbansocial.com and any agreement related to it is governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, this does not prevent you from using or registering with urbansocial.com if you are based outside England and Wales, provided that there is nothing in your local law that would override any of these terms. Urbansocial.com makes not representations, warranty, or any other term that the web site or any link, service or advertisement referred to are available for use outside the UK or Ireland.

The Agreement will only come into effect on our acceptance of your application for membership. No application for membership will be deemed as accepted until you have received confirmation of your membership from urbansocial.com by email. Users temporarily registering with the site through personal contact with urbansocial representatives must agree with the Terms and Conditions before membership application can be accepted. Confirmation of membership will be received by email, and is separate to the initial email confirming temporary registration to the site.

You will not be able to contact any other users on urbansocial.com, read or reply to any messages sent to you from other users until we have received payment from you.

Urbansocial.com reserve the right to change the conditions of Agreement at any time. Updated conditions will be published on the Terms and Conditions page of the web site and will come into effect immediately.

If you do not accept amendments to the Agreement, you have the right to terminate any agreement you may have with urbansocial.com and should stop using the site. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of such changes to Agreement.

Urbansocial.com reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend temporarily or permanently the web site without notice. However, where reasonably practicable, reasonable notice of intention to do so will be given.

Continued use of urbansocial.com following notice of any such changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.

We reserve the right to monitor and at our discretion, remove for any reason, any information, photographs and/or other material submitted by you

We may copy and/or reproduce any information disclosed by the user in any form and in any manner we wish.

We reserve the right to refuse to register applications for membership, and to terminate memberships at any time.

Any individual whose behaviour on or off the site has resulted in a complaint or a message block, or may reasonably give rise to complaint by another user may be removed from urbansocial.com site at the absolute discretion of urbansocial.com without prior warning.

You agree:

• to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete and in no way misleading when you complete the registration for urbansocial.com
• to regularly update this information to ensure that it is kept true, accurate, current and complete and not in any way misleading
• to allow other members to view your profile, and view other members profiles
• not to take out additional or duplicate memberships, whether Basic or Social.
• Not to disclose any photos that contain nudity or otherwise offensive material in any areas of the urbansocial.com that are accessible to the public or other members. Urbansocial.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject or remove any profile or photo that does not comply with the regulations set out in the Terms and Conditions.
• Not to disclose or send to any other member any harmful, vulgar, harassing, abusive, obscene, offensive, sexual, sexually suggestive, libellous, tortuous, anatomical, racist or otherwise objectionable messages to other users in any communications on or off the site.
• Not to disclose any personal details such as your telephone number, street address, postcode last name, email address or urls or any other material to other members that would allow any member or user to contact you directly. If you do disclose any confidential or sensitive information about yourself to other users, you do so entirely at your own risk.

You will not:

• Use urbansocial.com for any unlawful purposes
• Attempt to or gain unauthorised access to other computer systems or networks connected to the urbansocial.com site
• Interfere with or disrupt the urbansocial.com web site servers, or networks connected to it.
• Attempt to or gain unauthorised access to any information and/or material which the Intellectual Property Rights belong to another individual or party without first obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such rights.
• Use urbansocial.com in a way that may transmit any matter containing a virus, corrupted files, ‘Trojan Horse’, or any other hostile programmes or software.
• Use urbansocial.com to transmit to other users ‘junk mail’, ‘chain letters’, ‘spam’ mail or any other unsolicited distribution of marketing or other materials or communications (without limitation) those connected to pyramid selling schemes
• Use urbansocial.com in any way to promote another site, service, and/or business, including but not limited to transmitting email addresses, urls, and or/personal telephone numbers on the web site.
• Use urbansocial.com to solicit other members businesses, buy and/or sell products and/or services through the site
• Hire, transfer and/or authorise any other individual to access the site through your membership
• Impersonate another individual, including but not limited to any other members of urbansocial.com while using the site
• Use urbansocial.com in a way or for a purpose that violates the rights of another individual, including, but not limited to the intellectual property rights of another individual.
• Copy or reproduce in part or full anything published on urbansocial.com
• Directly or indirectly undermine, insult or attack the beliefs and/or traditions of any individual on urbansocial.com
• Disclose any information considered confidential or personal about other members (past or present) or urbansocial.com
• Compromise the use and enjoyment of other users at urbansocial.com, in a way that is or could be considered abusive and/or annoying to other users.

Where specified on the payment page of our site, when you applied for a full membership, all memberships are auto-renewed for the periods stated. You can cancel auto-renewal by following the instructions in the FAQs.

Payment shall not be deemed to have been made until urbansocial.com has received cleared funds in respect of the full amount outstanding.

Either urbansocial.com or the user may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason. Termination of the Agreement will be effective only when the party has sent written notice to the other party of their intentions.

All monies paid by you to urbansocial.com are non-refundable and cancellation and/or termination of this Agreement by you or urbansocial.com at any time for any reason will not entitle the user to a refund of the monies paid.

You must not assume that information contained in any profile of a member is necessarily correct and accurate. Profiles are completley defined and written by a member of the web site and are a manifestation of how that member wishes to describe themself.

Urbansocial.com is under not obligation to verify any information contained in any members profiles.

Urbansocial.com does not have the opportunity to check that its members profiles are accurate and not misleading. We do not make any warranty or representation that the information contained in any profile is accurate.

Before acting on any information contained in any profile or any information received by you through urbansocial.com through your use of the service, you should at your own cost and expense carry out any such investigation you feel is necessary to satisfy yourself of the truth and accuracy of such information.

If you arrange any meetings with any person through urbansocial.com, whether it be your own meeting, or at an affiliated event advertised on the site, then you do so at entirely your own risk. You should always take the precautions you deem to be necessary to ensure your own safety. For more advice on such matters, please refer to our FAQ's page.

Urbansocial.com may terminate (without liability to you) with immediate effect the use of the web site by you, and delete files in your account if urbansocial.com:

• Suspects abusive, threatening, fraudulent or illegal activity
• Suspects information disclosed is damaging or potentially damaging to the interests of the business
• Reasonably believes you have breached the terms of this Agreement
• Is unable to determine the accuracy and/or validity of any information disclosed by you
• Reasonably believes it necessary for any other technical or business reason.

We may immediately suspend and/or terminate your access to urbansocial.com without notice if you fail to make any payment to us when due, and/or if you breach the terms of this Agreement. In any such case, urbansocial.com reserves the right to keep any fees you have paid.

We do not warrant that any information and/or material provided on the web site is accurate.

Urbansocial.com provides the web site on as ‘as is’ basis, and cannot guarantee the functionality of the web site, or that the web site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.

You confirm that you are the sole author of any information disclosed in your profile on the web site. You assign to urbansocial.com with full title guarantee all copyright to your profile.

You agree that any material or information presented to you on urbansocial.com, including any partners or advertisers is to be used solely for non-commercial use, and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed without express authorisation from its author.

You agree that any information or material you disclose on any area of urbansocial.com that is accessible to the public will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Urbansocial.com is permitted to use any such material in any medium for any purpose, including, but not limited to such material in advertising and promotion.

Urbansocial.com will use reasonable commercial endeavours to keep your non-publicly accessible details, such as your surname, email address, post code and credit card number(s) where relevant confidential. Such information will not be disclosed unless where such information is public knowledge or is required to be disclosed by law.

Urbansocial.com does not in any way control the information available on or through the site that is provided by any third party, nor does it monitor such information.

Urbansocial.com does not endorse and is not in any way responsible or liable for any advertising, products, materials or other services provided or available from third parties.

Any correspondence, transactions or dealings with third parties that are made available on urbansocal.com, including but not limited to payment and delivery of goods, services and any other terms and conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings are solely between you and such third party.

You agree not to hold urbansocial.com liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of the presence, availability or non-availability of third parties on or through the web site; any dealings with third parties, including, but in no way limited to attendance at events advertised, or purchase of goods or services offered on or through urbansocial.com

Urbansocial.com has no liability to you if any charges are owed by you, that have not been paid in full by the due date for payment.

You will give urbansocial.com a reasonable opportunity to rectify any matter for which we are liable before you incur any costs and/or expenses in remedying this matter yourself. If you do not do so, urbansocial.com has absolutely no liability for you.

You will produce written evidence to urbansocial.com for any claims it is alleged we are liable for, together with written details of how any loss was caused by us, and the steps you have taken to mitigate the loss before we have any liability for the claim by you.

We will have no liability to you arising from your use of urbansocial.com web site and/or your reliance on any information and/or other material disclosed on the web site or disclosed to you by other members.

It is possible that other users and/or unauthorised users can obtain and misuse information and/or other material about you as a result of your use of the urbansocial.com service. We will have no liability to you arising from any user and/or unauthorised user’s misuse of information and/or other material disclosed by you on the service, and/or to other members.

We have no liability to you for any consequential losses (including but not limited to loss of profit, damage to reputation, damage to goodwill, loss of data, loss of programmes and/or service interruptions), economic and/or other similar losses, and or special damages and indirect losses.

Our total liability to you under and/or arising in relation to any claim in contract, negligence, tort (or other legal liability) pursuant to these terms and conditions shall not in any circumstances exceed £250.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes urbansocial.com our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and such other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

We have no liability to you for any delay in performance of urbansocial.com and/or any other matters to the extent that such events and/or matters are due to any events outside out reasonable control including, but not limited to acts of war, God, flood, fire, strikes, lock-outs, labour disputes, riots, civil commotion, explosion, malicious damage, governmental actions or any other similar events.

Urbansocial.com has no control over third party content and information which can be accessed using the web site. Urbansocial.com will be excluded from all liability of any kind arising from such content or information. Urbansocial.com will not be liable whatsoever, for any loss or damage arising from use of any service provided by a third party.

In such case as above, where urbansocial.com is entitled to be indemnified by you and/or in breach of this Agreement, you agree that urbansocial.com is permitted to contact you through the information provided by you on urbansocial.com
