Refund Policy

 
Users are entitled to a refund on their paid membership to ScotlandSocial / Urbansocial, only if a refund claim is made within 7 days (up to and including), from the date of the first payment on the account. Repeat payments are not subject to refunds.
 
In these circumstances, a refund will only be given if the messaging service on the site has not been utilised, i.e. no messages have been sent or read. If the messaging service has been utilised with these 7 days, no refund will be given.
A £5 (GBP) administration fee is charged for any refund transaction given. Therefore, for memberships less than or to the value of £5 (GBP), a refund will not be paid out.
 
 
All subscriptions are repeat billed products. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time via the 'My Profile' section.
